It is so important to stop and smell the flowers. Not in a literal sense, but in a way that when your life is moving at 100 mph, take a moment to reflect, pray, give thanks or just SLEEP! Make sure to take a little relaxation time, watch a movie, write, get pampered, take a stroll or do something that you enjoy. It’s easy to become so wrapped up in being a mother, wife, and all of the above; but don’t forget the things that are important for example taking your daily vitamins, getting enough sleep and eating right! Once YOUR needs are met 100%, you can perform as a better person in life.
